Upcoming Foundry Programs

Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin offers a variety of programs, groups, and workshops to support youth, young adults, caregivers, and families in our community.

This page is a place to learn more about upcoming Foundry program options and to let us know which sessions you are interested in attending. By completing the Interest Form, you will be contacted for registration and waitlist purpsoses, or to just answer your questions.

Completing the form does not guarantee a space, but it helps our team understand community interest, plan future sessions, and connect with youth and caregivers when opportunities open.

Health Support & Wellness Group

Living with chronic illness, navigating a new diagnosis, or supporting someone you care about can feel heavy at times. You do not have to figure it out alone.

Foundry’s Health Support & Wellness Group is for youth ages 12–24 who are experiencing challenges with physical health, chronic illness, diagnosis, or supporting a loved one with chronic illness.

This group will provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to talk about personal experiences, connect with others, and learn new tools to support overall wellness.

Youth can expect:

  • A non-judgmental and stigma-free space to discuss

  • Connections with peers

  • Facilitated by Foundry counsellors

The group is expected to begin in July 2026, and space is limited.

Interested in getting started? Please fill out our interest form and someone from Foundry will follow up with you:
