Youth Navigation

Our Youth Navigator assists youth in identifying, leveraging and navigating local services and resources. The navigator also facilitates healthy peer/care-giver relationships using a strength-based approach.

The navigator program helps to improve resiliency factors among youth for improved overall stability and diminished risk-taking.

Services

The Navigator will expertly assist youth in identifying and acquiring services. At times, this may include filling out paperwork, making introductions, and ensuring smooth transitions. This process will be youth-led with the Navigator simply facilitating the process.
