Infant Massage

A gentle class to support connection, comfort, and early development

Infant Massage is a free, supportive program for caregivers and their babies. This class introduces gentle massage techniques that can help caregivers build confidence, strengthen connection, and support their baby’s development.

Infant massage can promote bonding, attachment, growth, and relaxation. It may also support babies who experience discomfort related to colic, constipation, or breathing and congestion concerns.

This program is facilitated by our Infant Development Consultant and is designed to provide caregivers with practical tools they can continue using at home.

Infant Massage is typically offered as a multi-week class. Sessions are held at the Child Development Centre and are facilitated by a member of our early years team. Other days may become available based on waitlist feeback/interest.
