Dear Families and Community Partners,
We are excited to be celebrating our 50th anniversary year here at the Cariboo Chilcotin Child Development Centre (CDC), we are filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and appreciation for each and every one of you who have contributed to our success and growth over the past five decades.
For all those we have had the privilege of serving through these years, your unwavering trust and belief in our services have been the bedrock of our organization. These children and youth have inspired us every day with their resilience and determination. Seeing our vision of making a positive difference in the lives of children, youth, and their families into a reality is beyond inspirational.
To our dedicated staff, you are the heartbeat of our organization. Your passion, expertise, and boundless compassion have shaped the CDC into the compassionate and nurturing safe space it is today. Whether it's through your tireless efforts in therapy sessions, your creative approaches to learning, or your exceptional dedication to supporting children, youth and their families, your commitment to excellence has been the driving force behind our continued success and growth.
To our valued community partners, your collaboration and support have been instrumental in our ability to provide person-centred services and support the growth and development of children, youth, and families in our community. From healthcare professionals to educators, and government agencies to charitable organizations, your shared vision and collective efforts have helped us break down barriers, build bridges, and create a more inclusive and supportive community for all.
As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has played a part in our journey. Your support, dedication, and unwavering belief in our mission have been the driving force behind our success, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
As we look toward the future, we remain committed to our shared mission of empowering children and families to reach their fullest potential. Together, we will continue to innovate, collaborate, and advocate for the rights and well-being of all children, regardless of ability or circumstance.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your support over the past 50 years. Here's to the next chapter of our journey together.
With sincere gratitude,
The Cariboo Chilcotin Child Development Centre.
